- Operational data: POS transactions, inventory levels, kitchen events, delivery metrics, and IoT sensor readings ingested from your connected systems.
- Usage data: How you interact with the OmniSense dashboard, recommendations you accept or dismiss, and feature usage patterns.
- Device information: Browser type, device type, and push notification tokens for mobile alerts.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To generate AI-powered recommendations for your operations
- To provide analytics, benchmarking, and demand forecasting
- To send notifications (dashboard, push, email, WhatsApp) about actionable insights
- To improve our AI models and detection accuracy
- To provide customer support and respond to inquiries
4. Data Residency
OmniSense routes and stores your data in the cloud region corresponding to your country of registration:
- Middle East: UAE, Bahrain, KSA, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman, Jordan, Lebanon, Egypt
- Europe: Germany, France, Netherlands, UK, Switzerland
- Asia Pacific: India, Thailand, Southeast Asia
Data is never transferred outside your designated region without your explicit consent and only to jurisdictions deemed adequate under applicable law.
5. GDPR Compliance (EU/EEA/UK)
For users in the European Economic Area, UK, and Switzerland:
- We process data based on explicit consent or legitimate business interest
- You have the right to access, rectify, erase, and port your data
- You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior processing
- Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) are available upon request
- We maintain records of processing activities as required by Articles 30 and 35
6. PDPL Compliance (UAE/GCC)
For users in the UAE and GCC region:
- We comply with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021)

OmniSense integrates with your existing POS, delivery, and IoT systems. We only access data you explicitly connect and authorize. We do not sell your data to third parties.
10. Cookies
Our dashboard uses essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
11. Children's Privacy
OmniSense is a B2B service. We do not knowingly collect data from individuals under 18.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or dashboard notification at least 30 days before changes take effect.
